How do you ensure product freshness?
We maintain a cold chain system from farm to your doorstep. Our products are stored in temperature-controlled environments,
and we follow a first-in-first-out inventory system. Most of our fresh produce is delivered within 24-48 hours of harvest.
Do you offer seasonal products?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of seasonal organic fruits and vegetables. Our product availability changes based on the season
to ensure you get the freshest produce. We also notify customers about seasonal specialties through our newsletter.
What is the minimum order value?
Our minimum order value is ₹500 for free delivery within Pune city limits. For orders below ₹500,
a delivery charge of ₹50 applies. There's no minimum order value for pickup orders.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been processed for delivery.
Contact our customer support team immediately for any changes. Once the order is out for delivery, modifications are not possible.
Do you offer bulk ordering discounts?
Yes, we offer special discounts for bulk orders above ₹2000. Corporate clients and regular customers can avail

What are your delivery areas?
We currently deliver across Pune city including areas like Koregaon Park, Baner, Wakad, Hinjewadi, Kothrud,
Deccan, Shivaji Nagar, and surrounding areas. We're constantly expanding our delivery network.
What are your delivery timings?
We deliver from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sundays.
You can choose your preferred delivery slot during checkout. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

We'll arrange for pickup and process your refund within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned items.
