We offer fresh organic produce, groceries, and related products for delivery. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service.

4. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Payment must be made at the time of order placement
• We accept cash on delivery, UPI, and other digital payment methods
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

5. Delivery Policy

• Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within Pune and surrounding areas
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery within 24-48 hours of order confirmation
• Delivery Charges: Free delivery on orders above ₹500, otherwise ₹50 delivery charge applies
• Delivery Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address

6. Cancellation Policy

• Customer Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours after placement
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
• Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled
• Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability or other circumstances

7. Return and Refund Policy

• Fresh Produce: Returns accepted only if products are damaged or spoiled upon delivery
• Packaged Goods: Returns accepted within 24 hours if unopened and in original condition
• Quality Issues: Report quality issues within 2 hours of delivery for immediate resolution
• Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information and contact details
• Be available to receive deliveries at the scheduled time
• Inspect products upon delivery and report any issues immediately
• Use the platform responsibly and not engage in fraudulent activities

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used only for order processing, delivery, and customer service. We do not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.
